Happy Blogthday to Me!
You like that? "Blogthday?" I thought of it all by myself!
Seriously, whose brilliant idea was it for me to begin this blog on April first? That means it would be very difficult for me to both acknowledge the occasion AND do an April Fools thing. Geez. Well, I was caught flat-footed this year; didn't have any particularly inspired plans for japery, so I'll just take the opportunity to note that the blog is now three years old! Yay!
What can you expect in the coming year? More of the same! Count on it! Maybe I'll do another charity drive of some sort. One visual difference you will have already noted is that from now on, I'm going to put any entry longer than a single paragraph behind a jump. Why, you ask? Well, I was looking through the archives and realized that they're a mess. Is it just because I'm using an overly primitive blogger template? I don't know, but the problem is, there's some sort of limit on how long a given page can be, so if you clicked on a given month and there were more than a few entries, only the top few would be shown, and there would, as far as I can tell, be no way to access the others. You could still reach them via the index page, but that's not good enough. So now I'm in the process, easy but long and tedious, of adding a jump to each old entry, which should fix the problem, make browsing much less cumbersome, and save bandwidth into the bargain.
Anyway, thanks for reading. New entries soon, including Don Rosa and the recently-deceased Rodolfo Cimino.

…And many, many… um… “Blog-more”!
A total aside, while you’re on a maintenance kick. I tried to locate your entry for “To the Moon by Noon” on your index page – and didn’t see it. First, I thought… Well, he doesn’t include Mouse stories in the index (even though Ludwig Von Drake was the real star) but, in some cases, you did – so perhaps it’s an omission.
In any event, I await more bows and barbs, in the inimitable GeoX manner!
What? You want a PRESENT? I thought my “presence” here was “gift enough”!
I think I’ll run off to Timbuktu, now!
Definitely an omission on my part, and an egregious one at that. Thanks for pointing it out; it's been added.
Happy Blogday to you! How will we celebrate, by exploring Cap'n Blog's Mystery Ship? Will we look out for the Blog Pearls of Tabu Yama? Our just meet at Pizen Blogff...Whatever you choose, have a great day, you BuBlogweight champ! :D
Hipy Papy Bthuthdth Thuthda Blogthday, you thing from another state, you.
Nice wishes by Richie, above! …But, how could he possibly forget the classic “Blog to the Klondike”?!
While I’m at it (Oh, please make it stop!), one title we could never assign here is: “Only a Poor(ly Written) Old Blog”!
Here's to many more! A life without a continuing Duck Comics Revue (and Duck Cartoons Revue, too!) would be an emptier life, indeed!

Thanks, fellas--yer makin' me blush here.
Geo,
Here's another excuse for you to blush! Happy (belated) Blogday, and may there be many more!
Chris
